The EUSBSR Annual Forum is one of the largest pan-Baltic cooperation events in the Baltic Sea Region. It plays an essential role in advancing the strategy’s goals by bringing together stakeholders from across the region to collaborate on addressing common challenges. The EUSBSR Forum 2026 is a call for collective, better-integrated action. We aim to move beyond traditional sector-based discussions and create stronger synergies and coherence across policy areas. Because the challenges facing our region are simultaneous, interconnected, and complex, the solutions must also be cross-sectoral, coordinated, and aligned. NDPHS as a PA Health Coordinator in the Strategy relentlessly brings public health topic to the forefront of discussions.
Due to high interest, registration is now closed. Please contact the NDPHS Secretariat directly for any last-minute availability, and follow our channels for a summary after the session.
The PA Health session will dive into how innovative initiatives and practical workplace strategies can support those on the front lines. By prioritizing well-being and psychological preparedness, the discussion will highlight actionable ways to sustain work ability, foster recovery, and retain staff within the health and social care sector. Join us to discover how we can build and secure a resilient workforce capable of adapting and thriving in an increasingly volatile world.
