Conference: Resilient Workforces for Resilient Societies

Strengthening psychological resilience of first responders through cross-sector learning and collaboration.

7 December from 12:00 (starting with lunch) – 8 December until 17:00 (full day)

The conference will provide a platform for cross-sector dialogue and mutual learning on psychological resilience and workforce preparedness in times of crisis. Bringing together first responders and actors from health, emergency response, security, occupational health and public authorities, it will explore shared challenges, exchange practical approaches and identify solutions that can be transferred or adapted across sectors.
